iCloud is full, but I have deleted almost every...

Hi,

I am getting a bit frustrated with my iCloud Drive as it says documents are taking up 36GB of storage, but when I go to documents on my iCloud (both on iMac and iPhone) it is empty. What is happening and how can I get more storage if I can´t delete any files? Not looking to pay more than I already am for my 50GB storage either..
Please help me out if you have the answer!

Contact iCloud Support. Some people have experienced a similar issue, and it appears to be related to the server: Contact - Official Apple Support
