Changing Key Signatures in Logic pro X.

I have a C flute part and a Bb clarinet part to be written in a Piece in Bb major.  If I put the Flute part in Bb key signature the Clarinet part goes to Bb.  This happens in all views, in the tracks and score windows.  How do you make it so you can view your score with all of your transpositions, Bb, Eb, Horn in F etc?

Use the transpose parameter in the clarinet staff style to transpose it accordingly.

My apologies - I somehow missed that you had responded earlier - didn't mean to step on your response

I am using Logic 10.3.2, and there is no Bb Clarinet part in the staff style window.  I tried the Bb Trumpet part, but nothing happens.
