Today both my mac book pro and imac got havked

This afternoon i turned on my imac and i immideatly received an email on my iphone from apple saying that my imac has been locked and i should use my 6 digit passcode. I dont have a 6 digit passcode. I have password longer than that. I try everything until the computer locked. It said on the bottom to email for solution. Then i turned on my mac book pro and the same thing happened. I was using it just fine 2 days ago. I tried to lock and unlock from the find my ipnone app but the passcode i put does not work. Please does anyone have any solutions. I tried command and r to enter recovery mode but only this screen pops up. 

Please its urgent as i need for work tomorrow. I am a video editor and this is how i make my living

Do you have two factor authentication turned on?

What has happened is that your Apple ID was hacked (happens a lot lately). After gaining access to that, they locked your Mac with the Find My Mac function: Use a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support

These instructions can get you out of this, but you'll probably need Apple's assistance with that: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support (also read the last section of the first link).

For future reference: be sure to activate two-factor authentication for your Apple ID: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Aside from that also set your own Firmware password as soon as you are able to use your Mac again. This is essential!

Thanks for the reply Allan. No, i was just using a password under my username. I never had this 6 digit number used,  i never even set up a 6 diti number. And the email on the bottom of the screen is not even a legit email. It keeps coming back.
