Where on Apple can I purchase a replacement internal SSD drive for MacPro6,1 (Late 2013-)?

Apple does not sell their parts. Take it in to have the SSD replaced. If you prefer DIY, then buy an SSD and install it on your own. You may find installation help along with SSDs at OWC.

Okay, so Apple doesn't sell the drives. OWC may be the best option, pity the drives are about AU$1000.

Well, then you want to look locally. Buying from the US and shipping to OZ is pretty expensive. I would look for a local alternative including the store where you bought the computer. If it's in warranty you may get the drive replaced for free if it has actually failed within the warranty period.
