FMiP status could not be verified for the seria...

"FMiP status could not be verified for the serial number provided"

Trying to recycle iPad Air.

Stopped here on recycle page.

Find My iPad is turned on.

Have verified serial number and entered it three times, closing browser between attempts and starting over.

Any ideas appreciated.
