trouble sync itunes with MS Office

I have trouble with sync my iPhone 6 with iTunes 12.6.2.20 and microsoft office 2013 and 2016.

My contacts in Outlook are not sync by iTunes

The test in iTunes is 100% correct.

I use windows 10
