Fan noise too loud when playing dota2

Hi,

I have following MacBook Pro with touch bar and when I play DOTA2, it creates a lot of noises. In fact it is too loud that I feel raging heavily outside. Is that normal or just my Mac is malfunction? Thanks.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Graphic: Radeon Pro 460 4096 MB
