Macbook using excessive storage for no reason
For about the past year or so my computer has been using an abnormal amount of memory storage just from simple tasks such as using safari, playing games via clients(which is only simple runescape) etc.. Thankfully I found the app "Dr. Cleaner" which reclaims some of the memory that was taken up from using applications once I quit them. If I look at my storage meter to show what all is taking up room, "other" is what the majority is under. My late 2015 Macbook Pro only has 120gb of storage so this problem is really affecting me, leaving me always in the range of 4gb-6gb of storage remaining. I also have 8gb of ram. I don't even have any additional applications downloaded with the exception of 3 maybe 4 and they're all low memory application. Does anybody know what I can do to recover the storage and keep my computer from doing this?
