Apple watch scratch
So I scratched my apple watch today after walking into one of those yellow cement poles you sin parking lots sometimes. ImmediatelyI hated life and started looking for solutions other than replacing it and so far the best option I saw was buying a screen protector to make the scratch less visible/disappear. This leads to my questions I'm asking y'all:
Has anyone ever used this and did it work? My scratch is about 1/4 inch long, paper thin and not deep at all, the screen still works fine so that’s not an issue, really the only problem i see is that I can feel the scratch when I rub my nail over it but even then you can tell it’s just superficial. So given all of that does anyone think the screen protector wouldn’t actually help any? I’ve seen some people say it’s only for microscratches and others say it works with everything but huge gashes so some clarity would be great if anyone has it.
Hi
A good quality screen protector (of the thin film type) may be effective in obscuring or reducing the visibility of the mark, as well as in providing some measure of protection against future damage.
