Failed installation of macOS Sierra Update 10.12.6

I have tried to install Sierra Update 10.12.6 on several computers and installation fails.

Originally went through the app store. Then, I downloaded the combo installer. Both methods fail.

It goes through the motion of installing, even taking over 28 minutes for the process and

upon restart I get the message "Updates Not Installed".

When I check the software update, it shows that the update is still needed.

It's happened on a MacBook Pro 13", and iMac 27" 2013 and on an older Mac Pro mid 2010.

Anyone experiencing this?
