Help! All of my email accounts are gone!

I opened up my Mail.app on my MacBook to read new emails, and all of my accounts have disappeared as well as all of my saved emails. POOF! GONE! I tried to add them again but it keeps telling me they already exist. BUT I CANT SEE THEM! Has anyone else had this issue or can someone help me get my emails back? Thank you!
