purgeable space!!!!!

So, I have the same problem everyone else has that isn't being answered.

There is NO apparent way to ditch the purgable data on my mac.  I don't want apple to decide when they think it should or should not be deleted by allowing me to over-ride that space when I download stuff.  I want to delete it myself!!!!  I'm so sick of all the controlling features that Apple uses!!!!!  I have COMPLETELY cleared out my Mac.  76GB of Documente

46GB of system use (still way too high, so what's that about???)

And there is 66GB of purgeable space!!! But no way to delete it.. no way to see what it is.. no way to do anything with it.

When I go to manage there is NOTHING there that shows where this memory is being used.  Everything is accounted for.  Apart from this 66GB which is not anywhere in any of the tabs under manage!!

NEED A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
