Debiting from my card

Hi all,

After i entered my debit card details and created itunes account i was debited rs 66 two times . It is almost a month and apple has not credited back to my account. Please clarify. It irritates that even for creating account i am charged.

They're temporary store holding charges, and it's the card issuer that should remove them from your card : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Authorization holds are removed by your card issuer after a short time. The exact time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution.

If you use a debit card, you might see authorization holds as charges on your online statement. These charges are automatically reversed by your financial institution.

If you have questions about the way your card handles authorization requests, contact your financial institution.

If there are no subsequent credits on the card's statement contact the card issuer.
