How do I remove Clean My Mac 3 from Mac book pro with OS 10.7.5

REMOVE CLEAN MY MAC FROM YOUR SYSTEM. (Shouting intentional)

this product has been found on these forums to cause disruptions to the normal behavior of OS X and it is entirely unnecessary with OS X as all it's "features" are already implemented by the OS with far better flexibility.

then shutdown

disconnect all external devices except OEM mouse and keyboard

reset the smc

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

then boot into safe mode

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

then reboot normally

then run Etrecheck again and remove any adware or malware found.
