卖家通过DHLink平台使用四大快递线路（DHL、FedEx、UPS、TNT），在DHLink平台承诺时效内未能送达的DHgate订单（清关以及不可抗力除外），且目的国在DHLink承诺物流时长列表中，买家发起未收到货纠纷，如果产生退款，DHLink进行退款补偿。追诉时间为物流单出库后60天。

物流方式承诺时长计算方式：订单从DHLink合作仓库中出库，至货物妥投。
