賣家通過DHLink平台使用四大快遞線路（DHL、FedEx、UPS、TNT），在DHLink平台承諾時效內未能送達的DHgate訂單（清關以及不可抗力除外），且目的國在DHLink承諾物流時長列表中，買家發起未收到貨糾紛，如果產生退款，DHLink進行退款補償。追訴時間為物流單出庫後60天。

物流方式承諾時長計算方式：訂單從DHLink合作倉庫中出庫，至貨物妥投。
