OS X El Capitan with Safari 9.1.3 ???

Hi, i got a message that my Safari was outdated.

Which surprised me because I run El Capitan 10.11.6 and App store> update says: Safari version 11.0, installed sept 20 2017.

Then i checked Safari>about and it says: version 9.1.3 ???

Did I -by accident- reinstall an older version of El Capitan? How can i (re?) install the latest version of Safari?

(I have an Imac early 2009)

Open the Mac App store and look in the Purchased tab. See if there was an update to Safari, recently. If there was re-install.

Also, by chance do you run any antivirus, cleaning or any other third party "maintenance" apps?
