移動GIS開發環境配置
1、下載安裝JDK

2、安裝Eclipse
3、下載安裝Android Developer Tools
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
4、在ADT中使用Android SDK Manager下載需要的SDK及Google API
5、在ADT中用Anroid Virtual Device Manager（AVD）創建Android模擬器
6、在arcgis網站下載Arcgis Runtime SDK for Android
