Will MP4 work on iPad Pro.

Hi

I have an iPad Pro and want to download home video from iTunes in the MPG4 format but nothing happens?

Sorry about this but one of the videos is a QuickTime movie file and the other is an MPEG4.

mp4 is not a format / codec as such it can contain a range of codecs

you can try right clicking on it in iTunes on your computer  and choose convert to a supported format

or use the free program handbrake to reconvert it to an apple preset profile.
