iPad 9.7 2017 hissing noice while recording fro...

Whenever i record using the back camera of the iPad 5th genration there is always a constant hissing noice in the background of the video even though the complete surrounding is in pin drop silence. Those who have the iPad 9.7 2017 can you try to record a video using the back camera in a complete silence environment and let me know whether you are also having the same issue or is this issue limited to my device?

I have also tried all the troubleshooting steps but nothing works.
