Why cant i get a refund?

Well today i brought a app.in the app features it said there was all these features one of the ones was a ad on but the others didnt say that you had to pay for.So i am wondering if i could have a refund?

Can you say it again differently?

BTW, all purchases are final.

Why in UK they get 14 day free refund
