Textplus

I've reached out to Textplus service for over the course of two months and have not received a message back other than the automated response stating that my email has been received. I need to understand what in the world happened the textplus support as it's been two months without a response helping me with this important issue; It ***** because I've been using this since they had textplus silver and gold (Long time member).

 

If anyone from textplus sees this please get a hold of me!
