<null> email address

I've been sending blind copy emails and entering myself as the primary recipient -

Without warning Apple Mail changed my email address to <null> and I am now not receiving the copy emails sent back to myself

Can anyone advise on editing email addresses in apple mail and/or removing the 'null' status? Thanks

(Not sure if this is posted in the right place - cannot find a community for AppleMail)
