Siri still uses the old voice on my iPad Air on...

So I just updated my iPad Air, my iPhone 7 plus, and my wife's iPhone 6s and iPad Pro 10.5 to iOS 11. All of them except my iPad Air work with the new Siri voice. I had a lot of difficulties getting the new voice to work on them, involving turning Siri off, changing the voice to a different one and going into Voice Over and changing the voice setting there and then resetting the voice in Siri, and even restarting my device. By doing these things, I got the new voice to work on all my devices except my iPad Air. I can't see anyone else complaining about this, and I can't see anything online saying the new Siri wouldn't work on the Air, but I just can't get it to work. Every time I load it I always get the old iOS 10 voice. Anyone else running into this problem or have a solution? My last resort right now is resetting my device but that is also no guarantee. I might have to go into the genius bar but that seems like a waste if I can fix it here myself.
