we are running ios10.3.3 on 400 iPads at our hi...

We are running ios10.3.3 on 400 iPads at our highschool  students are dropping wifi connection  . we are using opendns/umbrella vpn for filtering.  i am seeing many reports about ios 10.3.3 causing this issue . can apple confirm there is an ios issue and if so is there a remedy?

To add to the mix we have apple   ipad4, ipadair and ipad 5gen on site .  all are doing it, not just one model of ipad.
