i want delete paymant

I want to delete payment information. Coz I want update applications and it's ask about payment. Before it was for free. For example "WhatsApp ". And now I must pay..

That does not mean that you have to pay. What it means is that iTunes uses your credit card information to help identify you, and there is something wrong or missing in yours, and you need to update your payment information.
