Airpods macbook pro disconnecting issue.

I need help. I’ve been using Airpods (3.7.2) for one month with Macbook pro 13 retina 2015 (Sierra 10.12.6) and iPhone 7 (10.3.3). Yesterday i woke up open macbook put airpods and they starting disconnecting from macbook.

I tried: restart them (put back in case and hold 15-20 sec button)

           -disconnect any bluetooth devices, reset BT module in macbook pro.

           -PRAM reset macbook pro.

Multiple times deleted from macbook pro, iphone an reconect. Every time i delete it. I put it back to case and hold reset button and wait until orange light start flashing.

I tired pair it first on macbook than to iphone. Another try pair it first with iphone than macbook. Still keeps disconnecting from macbook. Iphone is fine and everything works perfect. Open case iphone find it etc.

I tired to pair it to macbook 12 with same issue.

I’ve got Sierra 10.12.6 (no new update in store)

Iphone is runnig 10.3.3

Airpods 3.7.2

Any suggestions how to fix it?

I understand your AirPods are disconnecting from your MacBook Pro.  The resource below provides some troubleshooting steps for connecting your AirPods.  I would suggest turning your iPhone off and trying these steps to establish the connection with your MacBook Pro first.

If you can't set up your AirPods

If you don't see the setup animation when you try to set up your AirPods with your iPhone, follow these steps. After each step, try to set up your AirPods again.

1. Make sure that your AirPods are charged.
2. Close the lid, wait 15 seconds, then open the lid. The status light should flash white.
3. If the status light doesn't flash white, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until you see the status light flash white. 
4. Still can't set up your AirPods? Press and hold the setup button for at least 15 seconds, until you see the status light flash amber a few times and then flash white.

I've had the same issue for months and after chatting, calling, and emailing Apple Support over five times (plus a whole five days without my MacBook Pro while they reinstalled the OS), they've found no solution. Sorry.
