what version of Thunderbolt is on my early 2013...

Seeing talk about USB-C and wondering if my early 2013 Retina macbook pro can take advantage of it? It'll be on a wide 38" monitor.

I don't see what version of Thunderbolt however (1.0? 2.0? 3.0?)

Since it early 2013 it should be Thunderbolt 1
