Sync Backed up apps iTunes 12.7

Have "Flappy Birds" and "Centipede 1.1" backed up to an external drive, with iTunes 12.7 how do I re-sync once I restore? These 2 apps are no longer available at the "App Store"

Does this mean, the end of these 2 apps on my iPhone - or - do I have to stay with iTunes 12.7

You could try dragging the .ipa file into “on this device” when connected to iTunes.
