Problems with Ricoh MP C4500

I hope someone can help me out here.

I am trying to get the Ricoh MP C4500 printer to work on my iMac PPC. So far I have installed the PS driver from Ricoh but that only gives garbage on the printer. Then I tried the unix variant of the PCL printer driver but this prevents from using the options in the C4500 printer and also does not support color printing.
