Lost my Apple Watch because the band got loose

I'm pretty disappointed in apple they have such expensive products but when you loose them apple has no way to help you out !! Apple is such a big company they need to have options to help their customers who always are welling to spend the money on their products! I had my watch for a week and it fell off my wrist because the band got loose and it was off !! Apple should have a option where they give you security questions to answer.  The main office should be able to turn on your product,  for their customer to use the "find my iPhone app" it's no use for the app if the product is off , or no one finds it to turn it on.  We need better options!! So many people lose their phones or products this should of been a option a long time ago!
