Notifications not working iPhone 8 ios 11.0.2

I have configured a new iPhone8 and upgraded the IOS to 11.0.2 version.

I tried to backup/restore the configuration from iPhone7 or install it as a new iPhone but in both cases I'm not receiving any notifications other then the calendars.

I have already cheched Notifications are always active, do not disturb disabled and app the notifications enabled.
