MacBook Pro (early 2011 edition) problems

Hello, I'm curious if other people have had continuing problems with the logic board in their early 2011 editions of the MacBook Pro. When my computer works, it's great. But every year since 2014 I've had problems with my logic board and ended up having to send it to Apple's repair facility in Memphis to have the logic board replaced. Now, Apple considers my machine vintage, which means no more support, and my logic board has died again. I don't know about others, but I don't have $3,000 to replace this machine. And if I've had four separate issues with the logic board, isn't that a product defect? I'm hurting without my computer (I work as a freelancer, and I just had to turn down a book-editing contract because of the problems), but I live in a remote part of Alaska so it's a 700-800 mile flight to Anchorage or Seattle to access a local repair facility (if they can even get the parts). I'm curious how many other people with early 2011 MacBook Pros have run into the same logic board issues. Have you found any repair options? Do you think continued bugs like I've been having should be considered a product defect and my machine either repaired or replaced?
