Watch update with heart monitor.

I just completed the update got both the iPhone and the watch. I have an iPhone 7 and a series 1 watch. I went to see the update for the heart monitor and it has not changed. Am I missing anything or was there an issue?

Upon first launching the Heart Rate app after updating both iOS and watchOS to iOS 11 and watchOS 4 respectively, the Heart Rate app takes you through a number of pages that explain new functions and offers the option to turn on new notification features.

The Heart Rate app subsequently launches with an entirely different user experience than under watchOS 3.x
