IPad email not giving option to download rest o...

I have just upgrade to the latest iPad and am having trouble with email.

When I have a large email it sometimes will give me the option to click to download the rest of the email but not always.

I have deleted and reloaded the email app a number of times and each time so far the problem goes away for a short while and then returns again.

Having to reload and set up the email each time this problem go up is getting to be a total pain.

I'm using a POP server.

I'd appreciate some assistance on correcting this very annoying problem.
