I recorded a song via midi

I recorded a piano song via midi a while ago. Now I need to send it off as a score - but, because I didn't record to a click, when I print off the score, it doesn't make sense. i.e. it doesn't correspond to beats in the bar. So my question is, how can I re-jig the midi so that it makes sense? Or, failing this, how can I get a chord map?
