Siri is not hearing me

I just upgraded to Sierra and trying out the new features. I can see Siri and I can see that it is trying to listen to me but the "sound wave"does not move so it seems like my voice is not being picked up.

1) I went preferences and check my sound settings and my internal mic is working fine.

2) I check my Sire preferences and confirmed that internal mic is selected.

Therefore, I have no Idea why it is not working.

Anyone with any ideas?
