How to verify Dual Core and HTT is working or not

Hello there,

I would like to know how to verify Dual Core and HTT is working or not. Because, My machine is slower than before especially when to create Guest OS by virtual box. But, It's not only that.

Please kindly advice me how to verify them and how to improve the performance issue.
