How to sync contacts between two iCloud account

Hai All

I have two iPhones which are configured on two different iCloud account. My main phone is an iPhone 7 with iOS-10.3.3 and the supplementary phone is iPhone 4s with IOS -9.3.5.

All my contacts are in iPhone 7 and i need that to be synced in my old iPhone 4s.
