MAILDROP half baked

I have used MailDrop to send 2 videos of the same event, about six minutes each. They should be about the same size. The first video took about 20 minutes. The second has taken the over three hours and still waiting.

1. No progress bar

2. No Pause button to let others have the network

3. No Cancel button

When will Apple finish this product?  What is a better alternative?
