Is there a bug on iphone6 model?

My iphone 6 cannot detect and pair with my iwatch. It just kept on spinning and doesn't detect any. At first i thought the problem was with my iwatch. But after reading posts, it seems that the problem here is iphone6 bluetooth. Need help on how to make this work. Thank you
