Random graphical artifacts while switching betw...

Dear Apple Community,

I got the new MacBook Pro 15" two weeks ago with top GPU and other top specs.

While I'm doing multitasking and switch between full-screen apps, it shows very annoying artificial objects, which disappear as fast as they show up if I move windows on that screen or something similar.

How can this be fixed?
