My iPad Air iOS 10.3.3 seems unstable or something

my iPad Air which is several years old is doing odd things. i have never had any problems before yesterday. I am using iOS 10.3.3, have plenty of available memory. Yesterday, I was working in my email reorganizin, renaming folders, moving messages...when all folders and messages disappeared. I checked in settings to see if I had a current iCloud backu, I did, so with the help of Apple Support restored my iPad, and the email stuff returned. But my Music had old songs I know I had previously delete, and was missing music I had previously put on my iPad  This morning I was editing some alarms in my Clock, when I would choose Save, it took a long time to do the save. My Apple ID password is recognizing two different passwords, one old and one current. Any thoughts? Is there a diagnostic or troubleshooting thing to run to figure out what, if anything, is causing my iPad to be acting funky all of a sudden?
