I recently preordered a album off of iTunes and last night they sent my confirmation email but the purchase doesn't pop up on my phone is there a way to get my album?

Is the album already released, or did you just get a confirmation that you preorder it.

 

To check, log into your iTunes account and check your Purchases. That’s also where you can download / redownloading it from.
