Restore Original OSX Sierra instead of High Sierra

Hi,  we get a new iMac on last June but the OSX Sierra crashed and we cannot restore from recovery partition so when we try to restore from Internet it only let us install High Sierra instead of Sierra (the original OSX). We need to install Sierra because an application that only runs in this version.

Does anybody knows how we can get the Sierra version to install?. We tried to install from USB but it seems to be to old from the version that was installed on the iMac.
