iCloud Drive won’t work

Basically I used to have iCloud Drive on my home screen then I upgraded to ios11 and it’s gone. Come to find that it won’t let me redownlaod it saying that the app requires specific features that my phone does not have. By the way I just bought the iPhone 7 Plus like a week ago so I’m frustrated because I used it all the time. How do I obtain it if I’m in this situation?
