Howto delete some apps on my ipad if its stuck ...

Im using the ipad air 2, as i've checked from my iphone my ipad is on version 10.3.3. What really happened was i restart my ipad because i cant see my spotify app, i ididnt delete it so maybe doing a restart can fix it. However when i turned it back on, it stucked on the apple logo. When i connect it to itunes, it has to be updated but there's a prompt when i updated and restored it that it needs more space. I have done already the hard reset and whatsoever as i have watched some videos and read some articles on what to do. I have also asked for help from the chat support of apple bt sad to say the advisor just ended the chat without resolving the matter. So can anyone from here help me on how to delete some apps from the ipad that aint accessible, how to restore it or update it? Thanks for reading my concern and im looking forward for ur advise guys.
