2008 imac 24 inch orange screen flicker

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody experienced an imac orange screen flicker during start up.

When I start up the computer, you hear the start up chime, followed by the apple logo with the loading progress bar. When the loading bar reaches about 50%, the orange flicker appears. I can't reach the desktop nor can I do a Hardware test.

The display is flickering an orange color after each time the loading bar reaches 50% during start up. Any ideas?
