Hardware Question

I asked a question about a feature on a device but apple removed it stating it was feedback or a feature request. It was neither. How do I ask a question when apple removes it and doesn't have an email address of there own to ask a question?

Were you asking about how to use an existing feature? Not sure I'm understanding the issue?

I simply asked why the crown was red on the series 3 watch

I'm not sure there is a published "reason". It just is:
