Screen Flickering

New MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) - (touchbar model)

While reading a pdf textbook in Preview and copying text into MS Word, the display randomly stutters and flashes a refresh type flicker in certain areas of the screen.  I was simply reading the text and not giving any inputs at all. No trackpad scrolling, or keyboard input whatsoever... the screen flickered in areas of ~25% of the screen several times. The text and toolbar areas would quickly appear as though they were doing a very fast curtain transition in a slideshow.

Rebooted and the instance happened again several times and the machine froze and had to be rebooted forced to reboot. I had trackpad movement but now keyboard input. Could not click, control-tab, or force quit. Preview is continuing to make flickers within the application.

Just an odd occurrence.

I have this question too. How to fix it, please?
